Ladies Of The Sea

Traditional Block of the Month that is a 12 month series, and each month's pattern provides detailed instructions for making two ships or a border and compass. The patterns include the history behind each of the fabulous "Ladies of the Sea." Each ship is surrounded by a wreath of flowers from the ship's homeland, and the flowers are echoed in the beautiful borders. Each month's pattern also includes a "smooth sailing" section with tips that allow less experienced quilters to simplify the design. Instructions included for appliqué blocks, borders and setting. Quilt finishes at 87" x 87". The Shop Guide is available for $45 and includes cutting charts for 20 kits along with a complete set of nonreproducible patterns to make a shop sample. A minimum order of 10 block #1 patterns or 3 complete sets is required with shop guide purchase. Blocks are available for $3.75 each for Quilt Shops only. Minimum order of 3 each block please.
